Making Harpswell Home for Your Lifetime
Did you know that if you are over 65 by the next election or self-identify as having a disability, you can apply for ongoing absentee voter status? A voter who qualifies will automatically receive an absentee ballot for each statewide election, municipal election and any other election for which the voter is eligible to voce and need not submit a request for each election. Need a ride to pick up groceries or to see a doctor? Might an occasional meal delivery be of help to provide relief from planning and cooking? Would a friendly call help brighten a day? Because everyone needs a hand sometimes, HAH has established numerous programs to lend a hand when the need (or opportunity) arises.

Volunteers are the key to the success and sustainability of HAH. Your time is one of the greatest resources you can give. Whether you are interested in sharing your culinary skills, driving a neighbor to town, using your computer and administrative skills, or demonstrating your carpentry capabilities, HAH has a volunteer opportunity for everyone.
