Harpswell Aging at Home and Harpswell Recreation Department are offering a free Tai Chi class at Mitchell Field Bandstand on Tuesday mornings at 9am through the month of September. This low-impact, gentle exercise is open to all ages and abilities, held rain or shine (except for thunder and lightning).
