
Cooking at 43° North: Bagel-Making Made Easy Parts 2 & 3

The second and third sessions of Bagel-Making Made Easy will happen on May 14. Session two, focused on how to mix the bagel dough, will be held on Zoom from 7:30-8:30am.
Session three will be held at Cundy’s Harbor Community Hall from 1:30-3:30pm. Participants will shape their bagels to take home for boiling and baking the next day, and will taste a sample.
