Have you ever wanted to learn Tai Chi? Here’s your chance to start. Join us for this six-week series of classes providing an introduction to this low-impact, gentle exercise with roots in ancient Chinese martial arts. All ages are welcome and no experience or registration is necessary. Bring water and bug spray.
This event will be held every Wednesday morning through August 13 at the Mitchell Field Bandstand or Beach depending on the tide. These classes will be held rain or shine unless there is thunder or lightning. Missed class will be made up on August 20th.
