DESCRIPTION:The second and third sessions of Bagel-Making Made Easy will happen on May 14. Session two\, focused on how to mix the bagel dough\, will be held on Zoom from 7:30-8:30am. \nSession three will be held at Cundy’s Harbor Community Hall from 1:30-3:30pm. Participants will shape their bagels to take home for boiling and baking the next day\, and will taste a sample. Class size limited to 10 people.
